TSR Racing Products Shipping & Handling Policies

Shipping:  We ship UPS daily.  All shipments are insured. All UPS services are available.  In-stock items are shipped the same day if ordered by 3:00 PM Eastern Time.  Damaged or lost shipments are the responsibility of UPS.  We will assist you as much as possible to resolve any issues, but we will not be held responsible for UPS company policies.  We will ship your order on your UPS shipper number as requested.  All UPS orders are shipped pre-payed.

US Post Office:  We do not ship product orders through the US Post Office. 

COD:  We do not ship C.O.D.

Truck Shipping:  We use FedEx Freight for heavy shipments.  All Shipments are insured. Large orders, transmissions, and rear axle assemblies are palletized and incur a crating charge of $25.00.  Delivery to residential addresses and lift gate service will incur additional charges. Damaged or lost shipments are the responsibility of FedEx Freight.  We will assist you as much as possible to resolve any issues, but we will not be held responsible for FedEx Freight company policies. All FedEx Freight shipments are shipped pre-paid. 

Returned Goods: You must contact TSR Racing Products to obtain an RGA prior to returning any item.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  TSR does not accept CODs for returned goods.  All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
